Our Policies
  • Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Unfortunately they really hurt our business. Please call us with at least a 24 hour notice to give us a chance to fill that appointment time.
  • We try very hard to run on time. Please help us by coming to your appointments at the correct time so that our next clients will not have to wait. Late arrivals will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged.
  • We ask that you schedule several appointments ahead to ensure the time and day you need.
  • Throughout your body treatment you are covered as much as possible to respect your privacy. Inappropriate actions or language is cause for termination of a service at full cost of the service to you. Please respect our therapists.
  • When you recommend a new client to our shop, ask that they use your name on our client form. You will receive a gift as a special thank you from us.
  • Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
  • Gift certificates or coupons cannot be redeemed for cash value. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates. If you do not have a coupon, we will be unable to honor the discount.
  • Our business is your pleasure. If you have any suggestions to help us do our job better, please let us know. Your opinions are always welcome!
